The Harpers Awards will be decided by a combination of businesses nominating themselves and expert industry panels.
At Your Service Awards
Here, shortlisted and winning candidates will be selected from nominations made by a guest expert panel. This will be made up of on-trade consultants, restaurant critics, suppliers, producers, distributors, sommeliers and bar professionals. They will be invited to nominate up to five outlets per category and then vote from an agreed shortlist,
Top Merchant and Industry Awards
These awards will each be decided by an independent judging panel. Their decision will be based solely on the information provided and the quality of an entrant's submission
